Restaurant Manager:
we are looking for a young and ambitious restaurant manager to support our Manager. The role is operational and you are expected to work alongside the FOH staff you will be responsible for. You will also work closely with the Manager on day to day duties running the restaurant. We expect you to be a positive and enthusiastic person you will contribute to continued development of the restaurant. As you will be in charge of FOH duties you need to have very good organisational and time-management skills. It is an advantage to know Norwegian, but is not a pre-requisite.
Chefs:
we are looking for one-two full-time chefs and one-two part-time chefs to join our kitchen team. As a vegan / vegetarian restaurant with a focus on sustainability, it is an advantage to share a similar mindset. We create modern comfort food based on high-quality produce and change our menu seasonally. You will therefore continuously be challenged to learn and improve new dishes on a regular basis, both for lunch/brunch and dinner. Our chefs need to have a positive attitude, like to work in a fast paced environment and be very keen learners.
Pastry chef:
we are looking for a creative pastry chef to join our team full-time or part-time.
